  • Skilled in evidence-based strategies of mental health and behavioral healthcare (CBT, DBT and Mindfulness)

  • Diagnose mental health, emotional and substance use disorders

  • Teach clients anger management techniques, relaxation skills, impulse control, social skills, emotional coping skills, and functional self-care skills

  • Provide individual and family therapy to people in recovery from addiction and mental health
